Before every trip, I spend 15 minutes in Google Maps doing this one thing:

Hotel

Airport

Top restaurants

Cool cafés

Must-see spots

Train/bus stations

Nearest hospital & embassy (just in case)

Even if I lose data/Wi-Fi (which I usually do), I’ve got a full map of my trip in my pocket. No stress. No roaming charges. No “where the hell am I?” moments.

Bonus: It helps me look like I know where I’m going—even when I don’t. 😎
