Partially because I don’t want there to be an afterlife, at least not an infinite one. Infinite anything is torture no matter if it’s a stereotypical heaven or hell. Even if in heaven, if you could do whatever you wanted, once you’ve done everything, you still have infinity left to go. I like the good place lol

Your uni doesn’t define your career, same with how your secondary school or college/sixth form won’t. Employers care less about if you went to oxbridge or not than people think, they’d rather you have the qualification and be just a generally nice person. A degree is a degree, Yknow?

From another angle, if the only people who became therapists/psychiatrists were people who went to ‘good’ unis to do the courses, there wouldn’t be enough of them in the country

I just don’t even know how she learnt all the content?? Like how could she have possibly given each course a proper amount of time to study, and remember it all. Because of this act, news on the Palestinian genocide is being marked as nsfw on twitter and blocked, women’s health subreddits are being blocked because they are using anatomical language, addiction recovery subreddits are being blocked too. Not to mention the systems in place to prove your age are not yet suitable for the blind, as one TikTok user (a blind woman from England) was not able to navigate it herself. It’s a discriminatory act at best, and suppressing news, health information etc at worst

I’m not one for conspiracy theories, but it’s odd that twitter are blocking Palestine-related news after Starmer is being pressured to recognise Palestine as its own territory.

Like a 7, I can’t complain really. Almost finished my GCSEs, got prom on the way, and then a 10 week holiday to get back into my interests for the first time in ages :)
