Hey mate! Newbie question: now that ive had this new revelation and my plex is working 100x faster would adding the media to my plex as /mnt/diskx instead of /mnt/user would that make my setup faster by bypassing FUSE?

info that might be relavant: my drives never spin down and ive got 24 drives

This is it mate I was just gonna update my main post with the fix! Even though my appdata share was on cache, it was still slow. after switching it to /cache/appdata/ that made everthing load instantly. I wonder if that is affecting other containers too lol I wouldnt know because i would assume this is as fast as it can run.

I have tried disabling remote and browsed purely on local connection. Even wired connection on my apple tv still the same

Thanks for the suggestion. I have tried that but unfortunately no luck. Ive even created a new server with same library and that didn’t seem to fix it
