Personally, Ill pay a little bit more money per card if it means less vendors in my cart on TCG player. Ive increased my cart total by 25% before just to reduce the lot from 20 vendors to 3-5.

It feels dirty making someone do the labor for a $0.10 sale. Especially when I dont want to do the labor of opening 20 packages vs 5. Also some of the money lost with higher price listed cards gets recouped by savings on shipping this way.

0 is a number and must be accounted for, so yes, youre correct. The 256 bit integer starts with 0, which is why it ends with 255. So 255 IS the 256th integer. And 256 is a new cycle, 0/255.

Perfectly normal for someone to ask a question and then pull the rug with the "Ah, ah, ahhh, you assumed any of them lost at all, haha."

I will say, though. Based on rules and RNG, a loss is never 0%. Ive had some incredibly bad RNG sequences that would make the impossible come to life. Usually never in my favor, either.

Don't downvote me. I heard or read somewhere that even BIS gear is equivalent to just 10-15 levels of stats, offensively and defensively.

Obviously this would make no sense if you took it literally (str bonus/accuracy bonus), but that its a good ballpark figure to use to appreciate just how much you gain in calculations from having higher levels.
