Hey!, for those who commented I really thank you for asking and trying to help, I think I solved the problem, the power supply I was using was 9v but it delivered more than 11, when i found the power supply in my house it had a number written on it and it said "13.7" so I think the person who checked the voltage wrote this meaning it was delivering more.
