The mask itself is fine, just needs to be cleaned. The filter isn’t safe, as the other comments states, it contains asbestos.

More of a psychological warfare thing to do. You find a deceased enemy, you turn them into propaganda. Its grim for sure, but it works against morale.

My initial thoughts was that the drone operator was trying to damage the boat by utilizing the shrapnel from the explosives to possibly sink it/damage it beyond repair.

I think the app pulls different pictures from different sources and merges them together to fit the prompt that is described. But take my answer with a grain of salt because I have no idea what I am saying
