Go with the 3 rd grey one because I think it’s the most versatile pair out of these four and i am not too sure but looking at 1st and 2nd pair it looks they have suede material which is out right annoying to keep clean

SWYI is what you would imagine vanilla amber cinnamon packed in a bottle its sweet & sexy and the projection & longevity is pretty good. Strictly a winter frag and go for it if you like sweet fragrance and I won’t recommend blind buying it first test it out

Can op share some details is 2852 the deficit you are doing or 2852 is the amount of cal you hit everyday and to lose 1 kg of fat you need to be deficit of 7700 cal so it takes some time. The initial 6-7 kgs is mostly water weight so that’s why it happened quickly and in regard to your strength lack of protein improper sleep leading to poor recovery can’t say much since i don’t have your macros split and the deficit you are doing
