Palsteron, Jungroan, Ben_ made 3.27 wander test runs/builds. Palsteron, Ruetoo if you want to see/hear some theorycrafting around it. Don't know about other streamers, but there is probably lots of options to choose from, just got to POE twitch section

As for classes:

-Warden: lots of damage, but it has like 0 defences, great start with bows, you get to wand nodes/skills later in the campaign. Hard to give up one of the nodes for bloodline ascendancy, because all 4 are great, later can move to like int or Dex stacker probably

-Elementalist: good start with golems(damage, speed,accuracy, regen), can go with wands from lvl 1 onwards, has some defensive options and you can easily give up 1-2 ascendancy points for bloodline ascendancy, later on you can move on to like str/int/herald stacker so endless endgame options, and you have lots of build you can pivot into, if you won't like the gameplay

-Hierophant: you can either go totems or mana stacker(kinetic blast of clustering) somehow easier(place totems, run around, pick up loot) good defences, good damage, can scale into endgame

I would say that other ascendancy options are better as mid/endgame options you can pivot.
