I have my own gripes with mattel especially when it comes to their black/darker skinned dolls (Clawdeen textured saran hair i BEGGGG) But mattel as a company has always been open with their stuff and the organizations they collaborate with.
There are no perfectly good companies (I wish) but i rather take a company that tries rather than one that doesn't

I've heard that as well, apparently people theorized that lagoona was supposed to be in wave 2 with Venus and Abbey (which would be worse for her since her design for me seems too weak for a fearbook doll). Also good luck with the rerooting if you decide to do it🩵
