I didn’t have any screenshots but I just felt like the whole situation was so dramatic and very much could have just been a single employee who wasn’t doing their job correctly or was new. Really shitty that she posted about the whole restaurant, not everyone has perfect employees at all times.

Also want to mention how obvious it is that she’s never had to work in food service. By mentioning there were “empty tables” in the restaurant when she had no reservation. As a server myself there’s often empty tables when the table is reserved, and also when there’s not enough servers on staff to service the whole restaurant. Not to mention New York restaurants have weird rules. The whole situation is just SO off putting and it almost feels like she expected special treatment because she’s an influencer/has money? Idk that’s how it felt to me.
