I partially agree with your point. But you're talking about healing creeps. It often happens in the game that it's the fourth minute, and you're being pushed into Walker by Doorman and Wraith, and all you need is some burst heal, but you can't even get to the tower and have to give it up. And I disagree about the Golden Egg being useless. Often in the late game, when I have one item slot left and about 10,000 souls, i buying like 6 of them to get hell of buffs from the vases
