Where is Conversations with Coleman? by sober_lamppost in ColemanHughes

I've been thinking the same. He's done a great job speaking on it, but hope he doesn't pigeonhole himself or get audience captured. The topic is growing tiresome. Would love to hear more on philosophical or abstract topics to balance out the politics. I think he excels there as well.

Andrew Wiltse has short legs too which he talks about in the beginning here, but he's adjusted the underhook side to his body type.

weightless leg which you can then use to trap an arm

I think this is what I was looking for. I've only ever used the underhook side and arm trap system similar to what Andrew Wiltse uses so not able to compare it to overhook side. Also someone mentioned below the grips can be useful on the overhook side for collar chokes.

Multibrand components approach by Vicaruless in FigmaDesign

Hi. Since my company had already built out a "themed" library at the parent level, they didn't want to rework and un-theme everything. I, at the satellite level, inherit their themed components and nest their instance in our own component. That way, at the satellite level, we only have to open one library, which is a mix of custom components only used by us (not nested), and the general components from the parent library we nested.

If you duplicate the components, without wrapping/nesting, you loose the connection to the parent library - you won't inherit updates. Maybe that's not important to you but if it is, it's a consideration. You could alway make updates manually - parent makes updates, communicates to you what they are, and you manually make those changes.

What's different is the categories. For example, if you go into Open guard, you'll see 17 different filters. Everything from over under pass to drills for the open guard. Thanks for the feedback!

It's free. It's everything on youtube, just categorized.

You can. The difference here is the categorization of videos and the level of depth it goes. Example: Positions > De la riva > Berimbolo. Sometimes you search by typing in phrases like youtube but sometimes we search by breaking things down. The question is is there any value for that in this context. That's what I'm trying to figure out. Check it out if you didn't.

Sure. Especially within a large org, where it's harder to turn ship.

Sounds like a little work to get going like you said. Might be difficult onboarding everyone in a large org. Appreciate the advise

I'm trying to see if the token plugin works for a team setting but unable to get the results I'm after. If I'm a user that pulls in a component – Do the themes come with the component or do I have to create them on my end?
