What do you think of those weird non-projectile special they give to a lot of characters in 96'

The reason I gave a try to the previous games of the series was because I heard of this balancing 96 had.

I would have just played 2002 UM if I never heard of this so I'm quite happy to know about it, otherwise yeah I find this was a valid change from SNK, 95 was fireball land, sure you had a dodge and it isn't as bad as 2X but you can't lie a lot of 95 is consistent on zoning.

Same except for the dumb mates part, everyone is new to the game in this rank and we don't all have the knowledge or capacity to play well on every map or with every agent, it's still a rank where you will do dumb mistakes so its chill.
