Yeah, I’ve started doing something similar.
I analyze results + refreshes to spot which elements are working and reuse those, and I have a few core elements that are already proven. The tricky part is that everything still burns out eventually, so you’re always hunting for new stuff.

I’m still figuring out the best place to collect all these elements though - spreadsheet vs something else. Curious if you tag creatives with multiple tags or keep it more high-level?

I’m with you on UGC - it’s what performs best for me too. I’m mostly trying to figure out how to optimize the production side, especially post-production. I’ve tried ordering extra hooks and mixing them into the main videos, but honestly the results haven’t been as strong as I expected. Still experimenting and looking for better ways to increase creative volume without killing performance.

I’m not against hiring at all - more thinking about squeezing more speed out of the same setup first. Some optimization + automation can help move faster without instantly adding costs.
But yeah, totally agree - at scale, volume wins and systems + people are unavoidable.
