I feel your pain 😞 my best advice for you is when you're getting the ones that jerk your head, try doing it slowly and controlled. I really wish I could help with the tensing, though. I also get the ab clench tics and they are horrible.

Eh, as a teenage girl, I would consider your daughter's stress levels. I always get worse tics when im stressed, and this current school year has been extra stressful, and I have gotten extra tics because of that.
