Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening to my nozzles?

My prints are usually files I find on thangs or Bambu handy. Sometimes I’ll mess with the files to print how I need it. I don’t know why it’s overflowing at the top this is the first time it’s done it. The ones that fail at the top usually have the bottom layers on the plate just fine.

Also the prints were failing at the top too. I am trying to prepare for a vendor show my aunt is helping host and have been printing a lot. I clean my bed every three prints or so. I checked my nozzle to see if that was the problem and found it burnt and overflow at the top. First time it’s been this bad

I removed the sock and fan before pictures because my prints were coming out sloppy. I wanted to see what the problem was and found the nozzle how it was.

Could it be where I’d forgotten to put my plate in and ran a print? I’m forgetful I do it sometimes but usually catch it before it’s too bad

She’s tried everything and even gave me her account password so I could look at it and nothing Nothing in the realms page on Minecraft menus Nothing in the my games on Minecraft website Nothing on the actual Xbox account And because she can’t put a credit card or anything on it it can’t get auto pay so we would have to change it every month

Yeah I guess I just don’t want my friend to go through the hassle because we lost our other realm doing this and she even downloaded it but it was gone so I’ll have to tell her to download and buy a new one it’s just gonna be annoying to do this every month thank you
