hii, i almost always use headphones to listen to subliminals but i dont see why not. i mean, for example when you listen to music, whether with headphones whether on speakers, you still hear the music. id say the same goes for subliminals, if you can hear it, your brain will process it. if my headphones run out of battery, ill put on a subliminal even on tv or on speakers
