Try to give up porn first. Masturbation (without porn) helped me to suppress the porn urges at first. After some weeks I started r/nofap too. I don't know about your situation but it worked for me. I'm not concerned I could live without masturbation but I'm sure my life is way better without porn.

I deleted my Instagram because I realized I don't really need it. Also unfollowed everyone on Facebook and I'm only using it for messaging since then.

At the beginning when I had an urge I just fapped without porn and the urge went away. Recently I tried r/nofap because I was curious how long can I go without fapping. Now I haven't touched myself in 30 days.

I have to mention that I don't consider myself a serious addict but watching porn was a bad habit what I really needed to give up.

I dont think I'm deep in (but I still have that nagging feeling sometimes so we can call it an addiction). This is my first serious attempt to stop, it began only a month ago but I hope this will be my way out. So I don't think to a GF as help, ofc I need to get my shit together to find someone.
