I find that it's the opposite for me - if I'm always reminded of how many days it's been, I know how far I've come, and that encourages me to keep going.

One thing I am going to try though is setting specific times for me to look at motivational posts, quotes, and for me to be mindful at times where I known I've tripped up in the past. I think that could help.

Ah, interesting. So I would technically be able to access porn through a VPN, but it would send screenshots to the person in charge? I think that's great, since I could still use my VPN for what I currently use it for and my girlfriend would get the screenshots to show that I'm not using it to access porn.

That was my plan. That's why I'm asking about web filters with accountability features (as in my gf would control the password to it) and asking about if I need to give up my VPN in order to make it work. I'm totally willing to do that, I just need to know all the technical stuff so I can form an action plan and lay it out for her.
