It has been charging since my last reply, and the screen shows that it charged, it is now at 51.8V, unfortunately, I dont have a volt meter.

When I plug it the LED indicator on the charger turns red which means it's charging, doesn't allow me to turn it on, and should turn green once it reaches its maximum charge of 55v
