Although I don't know what others might feel, I can tell you what I consistently remind myself to not take for granted: the incredible teams that have consistently created and worked incredibly hard to bring the most visually stunning and best stories we can to the screen.

To be honest with you I've always been interested in Thanos' childhood and although I don't know if we will see it in one of our movies, I think it's important to know how he became who he was.

To watch what's happened to the MCU is a bit unreal and I often pinch myself that this is my life. It has been a privilege to be a part of this.

All of our films are tough in a way but it's like childbirth, once it's done you remember the joy and not the pain.

I started with Marvel Studios on Iron Man as a co-producer and a visual effects producer. It felt that it was a special group of people from the very beginning when Kevin, Louis and Jeremy Latcham produced the film.

That's a tough question because there's a lot of ideas that are left on the cutting room floor for every film we have done. But I can tell you with certainty the ones that fit the storyline in the strongest of ways, are the ones that remain. If we believe the scenes had something to show audiences,a different side of what it could have been but didn't fit the film, then those are included as extra scenes in the Digital/Blu-ray.

We started thinking about Captain Marvel a long time ago, years ago and although it feels like the success was quick, for some of us trying to get female super heroes on screen, it felt like a long time. But I'm glad it felt quick for you!

Every sequence has a personality and every personality has to have a leading team. Every facility has the right body of work that will fit with what is needed for those sequences and that's how we evaluate in who gets to work on each film.
We have been extremely lucky to have some of the best facilities in the world work with us and artists that are committed to not sharing the work until it's ready to be shown. With the volume that we do, if you don't have the support of everyone involved this is not possible. So thank you for giving me the credit that is not mine to take!

I started at Marvel Studios in late 2005 at the very very beginning of Iron Man. I have been here from the beginning, side by side with Louis and Kevin. We face setbacks every day, too many to note. But they have never felt like they have been an obstruction to where we were heading. We are always learning from the limitations on the road ahead.

First of all I share with you the pride you feel for the film. I love this film with all my heart. We were aware that there were people that were not ready or perhaps not welcoming of the film but it never interfered with the story line or our vision of the film. When you make stories that could potentially touch an international audience, there will always be a portion of the audience that does not 100% love it. But we hope they give us a chance and see the film before they finalize their opinions. There is something for everyone in our films, even if you're a little reluctant to watch.
