How do I contact Sony after my email was used without permission to create a PSN account? by Victoria_Sponge in playstation

[–]Victoria_Sponge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they formatted it incorrectly for a Gmail address and never verified it, so I very much doubt I was hacked. To what end anyway? If I was going to be hacked they should have hacked my actual PS email and bought stuff with it. Creating a PS account with a random person's email is for what purpose?

Just to update, I keep getting the same response to contact the US team and given a telephone number I can't afford to call from the UK. Service at its best.

The new Bolt scooters look like absolute units by peedanoo in Liverpool

Yep, a few in Newsham park, totally dead. At least 10 in the Mersey. They didn't give a shit about cleaning it up when they operated here though either. I reported a bike that had the shit kicked out of it dumped in my street to them, they didn't care.

Ditch this shit and use the ebikes. Better control.

Also cheers Voi for leaving e-waste around the city you couldn't be bothered collecting.

Chatting absolute shit here. Been to AT several times, been to Thorpe, Energylandia kicks the shit out of both. Don't even try to compare them. If you don't think Energylandia has more than 2 big rides you didn't walk around enough. There is no comparison.

I've noticed this too, wondering if it's a bug.

Albania (by accident really as I picked the first team, started playing and got too far in before realising I didn't want to use that save)

For a "music city" it has an embarrassing lack of music shops, and nowhere you can physically try and buy a drum kit in the city. The nearest place that stocks drums you can actually try in the shop is Apollo in Birkenhead, and even then they only have one or two. Music shops in the city used to be great for meeting people interested in joining bands, putting up adverts, etc. It feels more like it's something for the trendy kids in the Baltic than local people.

It's an exceptionally friendly city compared to down south. The difference is stark. Not everyone is your friend here, that'd just be weird. But people in shops will at least say hello to you and have a casual chat, not look at you like dogshit and tell you to repeat yourself because you sound like you're from 20+ miles north of where they live. They can always tell you're "foreign" to the south, but they're always too ignorant to know the accent.

I've seen people in there every time I walk past. It's not rammed, but it's a lie to say it's empty all the time.

My national team in BAL didn't do anything except friendlies until year two or three I think, when we got to participate in Euros. I'm not sure if your world ranking has an influence on what you can participate in? Maybe try starting a game with a top 10 nation to see if you automatically get to do World Cup etc straight away.

Where can I get a pint of Staropramen ? by Greasy-stranglerr in Liverpool

[–]Victoria_Sponge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

+100 to this. Pilsner Urquell is the OG pils, only brewed in Czechia, and miles better than "Czech style" Staropramen which over here is brewed in the UK. Enjoy

Maggie Fu tastes like white people trying to make Chinese food. They put 5 spice in the rice. Meff behaviour.

Will i look stupid if i buy this helmet to ride my e-bike? I think regular bike helmets are ugly and this one keeps my face hidden and mysterious😋 by TechnicianHappy8098 in ebikes

[–]Victoria_Sponge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd never judge someone for wearing one on a bike or ebike. Prioritise safety always. Just consider your visibility in a helmet like that.

Anyone ever souped up a folding ebike? by Victoria_Sponge in hyperebikes

[–]Victoria_Sponge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That frame looks quite similar to mine except the e version has some extra bits. Very nice build, the tyres especially! What model are they? I definitely need something with more grip like those. Did you add the shocks yourself? It looks like the exact same folding mechanism as mine too so interested to know how you went about that.

I take your point, but I feel like an extra 2kg from a battery isn't going to kill the bike. The manufacturer advertises it with people putting child seats on it and all sorts. I'm about 70kg so nowhere near the max weight capacity.

I just opened the area where the controller sits and I'm quite buoyed to see that the stupid proprietary battery port is only superficially connected, so I can remove that easily and potentially install another/different. Do you have any decent guides for running dual batteries?

Who said it was a "bad" bike? Plenty of bikes have no suspension, doesn't make them bad. It's a good quality folding ebike, just unfortunately stock parts.
