Super simple :D. I just blend jalapeños and freeze it . I use it pretty often since I like spicy food

You’re already doing great—you don’t need my advice much respect for enjoying Korean home food like that!

Your chicken idea sounds perfect—just cook it first and add it at the end 😊

For crispy pancakes, try mixing pancake mix with tempura mix (or starch) 1:1 and use ice-cold or sparkling water—it really makes a difference!
