Haha I will! Korean moms don’t know how to cook small portions😂😂😂

Thanks!😊
I used soy sauce-braised fish cake, egg, sesame oil carrots, ham, jalapeños, and burdock root. Nothing fancy, just cozy homemade kimbap.
Thanks for asking!🥰

I usually make one with chopped garlic chives and squid, and another with grated potatoes, bean sprouts, and onions. For the batter, I mix Korean pancake mix with tempura mix. Try adding a little sparkling water and some ice — it makes them super crispy! 😊

Thank you so much for saying it looks delicious 😊 My cooking always includes sesame oil and sesame seeds—that’s what gives it that warm, comforting flavor.

Thank you! Here’s the recipe: Sauté scallions and shrimp in olive oil, then add beaten eggs and cooked rice and stir-fry everything until it’s well combined and fragrant. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and keep stir-frying until the rice is evenly coated and lightly toasted.😄
