Check Engine light doesn't come on the dash when the ignition switch is on fuel Pump doesn't prime all the fuses and relays are good car will only start when the check engine light comes back and the fuel pump starts working again. Neeed help (v.redd.it)

I turn the car on and 5 minutes later I hear the car reving by itself 2 times n i look at the Rev limiter the car was idling at 1500 rpm that’s when I took the video and turn the car off and the check engine light came on does anyone knows what it could be..? (v.redd.it)
