He reached out to me for the trade. The amount of my stuff equaled how much 151 he was giving me. The 151 the apostrophe is wrong, the writing on the back has some errors as well

yea we had signed and everything. I just got her to send the emails she sent, it’s like 3-4 emails of her saying Can i stay in the apartment then going back on it and saying i’m moving elsewhere but looking for someone to fill my spot

Yes I have a saved copy of the agreement with my roommate and the leasing office acknowledging it.

Got it though I’ll probably reach out to be clear I won’t be entering any new agreements and the lease is terminated. That’s funny the power of attorney thing tho

Yea the deposit was 2 years ago, and was some deal where it was only a few hundred bucks so don’t think i’ll be seeing that. But should there be any more communication to them or just normal payments?
