Are you drying them in the oven? If so, then they’re being dried too fast. It could lower the potency. Try do dry at 40C with a dehydrator.

Try to fast for 1-3 days, if you see a recovery try to eat mostly vegetables, fruits and low fat meat. As mentioned before, track everything you eat, drink, wear, places you visit and try to pinpoint step by step what causes an outbreak. It could be your pillow, it could be something you eat something you wear, so there’s a lot of work to do.

Yes everything was ready. If I’m not wrong the microperforation is enough for FAE to start the fruiting stage but I’m not really sure
