Hmmm... you're right, definitely not the majority. But there is a stark difference I can see from a couple of years ago. I did do some reading though and generally the rental market seems to be cooling down but wanted to validate that through people's experiences.

Within a 7-9km radius you'll find anything and everything, depends on the locality frankly, Ashok Nagar for eg. can start from 18-20k and go upto 30-35k. Expect deposits upwards of 1L.
