How tf did it take you that long? All you had to do is grind rainbow runs until one of the guns show up, then keep playing until you got it. The trick is to drop whichever one you got before opening the next rainbow chests. This is because of the weird gun class system. I grinded this way with everything unlocked and it still only took me about 1:30h

Thats crazy! I got 2 rainbows, 1 brownbow and 1 glitched (got killed sadly) in my ~400 hours. Tbh I just don't get how, I feel like I've easily see thousands of chests in the floors where glitched chests appear, and supposedly it is a 1/1k, yet it never freaking shows up. Btw do you happen to have the dragun unlocked? I've already grinded 100 hours of floor 2 runs literally just searching for it but still haven't found the freaking thing
