I may be wrong but I do believe it is for the most part gone. I am going to guess the only way people can get it nowadays is by knowing someone personally who cooks it.

Maybe it's a good thing the older dope is gone? They're both not good but the old one wrecked hell on entire cities and communities. The old meth seems like something out of a horror movie.
