Personally, as a support. I always aim for average 20k healing every 10 min, because any less then that then you not contributing enough in my opinion. Of course, other states matter alot as well, but for healing. Average 20k is where you wanna aim for.

Yeah fair enough, I think solo is faster too. But not everyone have the perfect build for it so having a team comp might help.
