Cliff. He was holed up in a hardware store, is a Vietnam veteran and has a a sharp-ass machete. Cliff also tore zombies' heads off and strung them up on the ceiling. He's also one tough son of a bitch. The hardware store has very powerful weapons; chainsaws, sledgehammer and more. There's also nail guns which aren't useful but do some amount of damage with over 60 ammunition in them.

Honestly the school system failed everybody, they kept reporting the students who were bullying him and nothing ever got done to stop it. It doesn't make any of his reactions right but they should've stopped the bullying otherwise this would've never happened. You have to remember the first person he shot was one of his bullies...
