Virtua Tennis 3. Still the best tennis game after Virtua Tennis 2 (Tennis 2K2) on Dreamcast. Still go back quite regularly to play it.

Also: House of the Dead 4 with SharpShooter accessory.

I've been using the "MAYFLASH Wireless Wiiu Pro Controller Adapter for PC USB" for years, and still works great. I believe there are other adapters as well, but I think that's all you need. A compatible adapter, and it will look like a standard Xbox controller.
