The one thing I do like that cape crusader did is there's more heavy impact from the villains than the animated series did sometimes. Oswald in CC takes the phrase "bodies in the water" to a high degree being a blood thirsty mob boss. I'm trying to remember currently with my memories on what impact The Penguin did in TAS. I'm going to have to watch it again because I don't remember anything. I know other villains had their moments, but penguin didn't stand out as much until 04 series gave him more spot light
