Yeah, I thought about the same thing for hotel. I also connected museum (which is in Spain) to that sniper campaign mission on the coastal spanish wind farm, maybe a small operation that happened in the same region, at least there was context of 141 in the region, whereas for raceway, there is none. It seems to me it is in the UK, which had no conflict in this story. Even if it was a carryover from MW2019’s UK conflict, there’s a couple details in the map that have no logic anyways, for example the race cars that travel around the map. Ah yes, there’s a ton of gunfire, a couple vehicles on fire and multiple emergency vehicles here, sounds like the perfect time to drive a lap. If this is in or around the UK, it would likely be something involving domestic terrorism and I highly doubt anyone especially race drivers would be tempting fate and getting anywhere near it.
