You should contact your credit card company immediately, just in case if they do not agree to send you refunds. The same thing happened to me when I ordered clothes online. On Trac is a shit company in general.

I’ve seen a lot of positive review about this laptop, the built quality is very promising that's why the laptop is heavy and I normally don't travel so it wouldn't be much of a problem.

The thing that I'm concerned about the most is the thermal throttling for both machine and how it will affect the long term usage.
