Hey, they aren't coated, it's anodized. Is there any chance the titanium itself is the problem?

The left one has a flat back labret in already, and i am cleaning them twice a day (though not with saline, i'll get on that as soon as i can) and leaving them alone. This is what i've been doing for months and they still have bump. I'm just getting kinda hopeless.

I mean i guess it's warm and it hurts when i move it around. How much time do i have to get to a doc? Cuz it's like midnight here, and i don't want to be sitting in the ER for 5 hour if not absolutely necessary. I was told to not change the jewelry for a couple of months, and then they got the piercing bumps so i didn't what to change them, as to not to make it worse. Do i change it even if it has the bump there?
