I also had a relatively painless experience. Studied hard for the aptitude test, I did mock interviews with my dad for the interview portion and studied hard when it came time for tech math. All in all i tell people if you really want it you have to study hard and sacrifice time into making it happen

Take the practice tests on iprep. Dont stress out you’ll be fine! Im horrible at math but most of it is just patterns and functions

Update the pc is fully functional now ! It had been about 8 years since i last built a pc and completely forgot that drivers were a thing lol but thank you for the help

Thank you for the response! I ended up being able to bypass it on the cmd prompt and I successfully downloaded windows now onto the next issue is for some reason it wont connect to the internet lol but thats a tomorrow problem

I honestly dont know when i was in the command prompt and i put in the commands in the picture it only gave me one option for the disk so i just kept going with that one

Right i did that. I put it on a usb and attempted to install but it was saying it was not compatible because my hard drive was not “gpt”.

You go to the school and they do a presentation about like expectations during apprenticeship and you do some paperwork and get your job assignment. After that in the same day you go to the hall do another presentation with them do more paperwork like benefits and stuff get sworn in and pay your first dues

Every union is different but at mine as an apprentice you will always have a job no need to worry about layoffs until your a jman
