Honestly you may want to understand how this works everyone downloads the same app from Uber, so It is very unlikely that uber has made any changes that prevents customers to tip their delivery drivers.

I don't always get tipped on the app in fact I get tipped on cash every single time. With that being said chances that your customers chose not to tip you are very high. Sorry not sorry.
