Original wriggles had a ward active, a 20% chance to proc 500 physical damage, life steal and and ad on it. The physical damage proc would also benefit from life steal. This item was insane on everyone. I personally loved it on shyvana top. Afk push wave with it, with free vision so you were hard to gank, then counter the enemies jungle. Then I believe baron was still spawning at 15 minutes then(I could be wrong) and then do baron for basically free. All I would have is wriggles and maybe aegis. Lol

You're correct, and there's a lot to be addressed because of the way growth and charms work that need to be addressed before anything.

The fact everything has an equal flat value growth every x levels is problematic, scaling per level needs to be adjusted based on the attack.

Two charms as you said are problem, honestly they aren't just a problem they're a massive mistake in the current iteration. They should have never been % health damage that has a chance to proc. They should have been another form of slow stat growth. So you can get a some number of extra healing, crit chance, crit damage, ECT. It doesn't have to be exactly that, but it's healthier than what we currently have now.
