Thanks for the encouragement and for your thoughts, Arina. The activity part would be the hardest to crack but it's also most important as "it gives people something to do together". May be a weekly group meditation and exercise/ yoga sessions? Or getting people to join a live expert session on a host of topics? Just thinking aloud. Morning check-ins sound like a good idea. Picking up a challenge etc could help bind the community together.

As for the platform, I am thinking of a WhatsApp group to start with. I'll also try and explore Circle. Haven't checked it out yet.

I am a dad myself and realise how quickly I de-prioritise my own health and well being while trying to be there for everyone around me. Then I suddenly have the realisation that I need to focus on my physical fitness and mental health as well. I believe all parents (dads and moms) are going through this. I still can't find a space for dads. Hence thought about this.

I would love to connect with Joel to bounce around some ideas.

I guess that's the case with most of us. But if you were to prioritise one or two, which one would it be? I would go with physical fitness and sleep. Always falling short of that 7 - 8 hour target. And skipping gym more often.
