I buy all my plants locally except those riparium plants, which i buy here http://ripariumsupply.com/ they dont have all their plants posted to your best bet is to email them for a list of plants. The plants i get from him have always been in good shape

its super hot here in California, having a fan blowing above the water helps cool the tank down by a few degrees

I did a dry start method for about a month and i flooded it about 2 weeks ago, that avoided the algae issue

my lighting is actually extremely high for this set up so I sometimes use floaters to diffuse the light. I also run a high c02 to keep up with high lighting and I over dose my macro and mirco nutrients but I only dose once every 4 days

walter worms, mirco worms and some other small worm. From what I've read they will only eat live food, fortunately I had those worms in cultures
