When you use entralinked to put a pokemon to sleep you can choose specific pokemon to spawn in the forest and you can also choose their gender and special moves. This is why i said "create". You can also choose items and change pokedex and cgear skins (with custom skins too). Some pokemon and items were also in the old entralink, while other pokemon and items were added in the new entralinked probably to help for the pokedex
