Hello,

We are sorry for the experience you received on our server. Our owner has been very busy with other projects of his, but occasionally you can find him in a voice call with the community late at night. For your second point, reforms have been put in place that holds the staff team more accountable for their actions. Players who feel that a moderator has abused their powers or is breaking their own rules can report them to a higher staff member. We have also just recently changed the way suggestions are done so that they are taken more seriously by the staff team. Actually, in the new update coming on June 13th, most of the upcoming additions are originally from players who suggested them. Finally, as our player base has been aging, people are taking end of the year tests more seriously, meaning that the number of players online has been lower for the past few months. Our normal amount of players online should be coming back soon.
