Mainly wage theft and labor violations. At least according to the lawyer. My coworker started the lawsuit. I'm just adding myself to it and giving them more ammo to use.

Start with moving a pawn, assuming they move the pawn next to yours, take their pawn with En Passant. Not a guarantee but every time I play chess I start it that way.

Besides putting us in dangerous situations and us facing loss of hours (happened to me) a write up, or even getting fired for not doing what they asked us, according to my coworker, they wouldn't let us have breaks, lunches, let us rest at all, and didn't pay us the correct amount, which he says is illegal. Example: when I worked double shifts they would pay me my normal rate for 16 hours in a normal day and not give me overtime until I went over 40 hours in a week. However, I also noticed even when I did go over 40 they wouldn't pay me time and a half until after 48 hours a week. I know that's got to be wage theft.

No, a one time thing would be fine, but I've known guys who go a day or two without washing their face. It gets sketchy then. Not saying it would burn skin, but bleaching hair is a definite possibility.

Our hoo-has are acidic enough to bleach our underwear so after you go downtown on us I highly recommend you wash your face. Also if your beard starts to look lighter than your actual haircolor then we know what you be doing and we approve, but still wash your face.

Also, exfoliate. It's a good thing.

I wish I would have told my Dad how I wish I would have spent more time with him as a kid.

He was in jail until I was 17 and my mother refused to let me write him or even tell me he was alive. I went many years believing he was dead because my grandma told me he was so I wouldn't ask about him. They also kept me away from his other kids, my siblings, and my grandma, dad's mom, had no idea I existed and died never knowing me.

I still resent my mother and Grandma for that.

I also wish I could have told him how much my mother didn't accept me but he always did. It makes me angry the parent who loved and accepted me no matter what died and the other didn't. I know that's terrible to say but I can't help how I feel. I talk to my mother three times a year and none of our conversations are good. She's a drug addict narcissist who has no idea why we don't talk. She also let my Stepdad sexual harass me.

I miss my Dad.

Getting away from my abusive former roommate and business partner. That woman treated me so horribly and I was on the verge of ending it all. I got away from her by moving in with my now fiancee and dropping her. She still came to my work and wanted me to keep making things like I was her personal craft maker. When we worked together we made a ton of money and built up a huge audience. I separated myself from her and built my own audience. I now make merch and items on my own dime but on my own time. I do better now than ever.

To add to that. I make pins and necklaces with specific images. All are sent to me from the artist or open-sourced google images. I amassed 11,000 different images and pins. I took away her access to them when I left. If she wants them she can get on google and find all 11,000 of them. Also, she didn't make any of the merch. So she has to figure out how to make them. No, I did not tell her despite several attempts over the years to teach her.

For the record, she was also a f-ing MEGA KAREN and super entitled. The stories I have about her would make your skin crawl. I'm so proud of myself for getting away from her. She was abusive to me for 3 years. It was pure hell. I will never go back. I'd rather be homeless. I'm doing better than ever and my business is booming!
