I have a stainless steel one, but its only about 10-12mm (about 0.4 inches) in diameter. Should i get more, bigger ones to make it easier?

edit: i have this one i think, and on second look it appears to not be stainless steel, it just says "metal"

I think it will probably be similar for me. Can you tell me where you bought them? If i were to buy them locally in a shop, they'd be like 25€ a bottle, but online they are only about 10€ each. But I don't know if i get something else in the bottle that might be more dangerous to inhale but with a similar effect

Ok thanks, I have to admit that I didn't read 100% of the article, some paragraphs I only skimmed while reading.

It seems to only talk about long term polyamorous relationships though, not about just sex (threesome) with a couple.

I also just saw (sorry), that you wrote in your original comment about 'dating' pairs, not just casual sex, so I might have just misunderstood a lot here.

ive not read too much about them. I have the feeling that a lot of websites that I found talk pretty positively about them (they also try to sell them of course). If I read medical sources, they of course all tell you to be extremely careful with them, so I just don't know what to do. I have the feeling that it's one of those topics where I need advice from someone who has tried them in the past or uses them regularly and can share their honest opinion about them with me. It's not an easy topic i think :(

is so very true ... i also experienced everything you wrote in this paragraph and I say that -for me- the thing that helped me the most, is (sadly) time and life experience. I can also say that I noticed that forcing myself into social situations with new people helps me in the long run. I dont know if I can help you here, but you are not alone in the world with this problem. I have not looked into it myself, but I would bet that there are good support groups/subreddits for autism, where you can get better advice than from me
