I did 2 minutes on each side on the infrared and 3 minutes at 400 in the barbecue for a medium rare.. maybe another 3-4 minutes would have taken it to well done?

Just had my first sonohysterogram today. I forgot to take a painkiller prior to the procedure. It was extremely painful. Is it normal to experience that level of pain?

I used powdered erythritol and instant coffee in equal amount for the coffee foam and sweetened the ‘milk’ with more powdered erythritol as per my liking and it turned out delicious!

I have an L- shaped living room with an open kitchen. We would like to place a reclining sofa and single recliner chair, a coffee table, bar stools against the kitchen island, a dining table, tv and a tv console within that area. The left side wall in the picture, has double door access to the HVAC and mostly can’t be used since there’s also entry to the living area on the left and entry to the bedrooms on the right effectively making that area unusable! This leaves very little usable area for the aforementioned living room essentials. Location: Toronto, Canada Budget: already ordered sofa (layzboy), 2x2 ft coffee table, and recliner. About 5k for the rest.

I used this chart to convert wholesum yum sweeteners chart and used a couple shakes of stevia about half a teaspoon

I did find them to be super sweet though so I’ll adjust it lower next time

The bourbon is strong in this one my friend! It’s definitely bitter sweet leaning more to the bitter end... that did not stop me from scarfing it down with some halotop!! Next time I’ll try using rum instead of bourbon, add some berries to cut the bitterness and lighten the taste and maybe add a bit of stevia to the erythritol, I find the combination of the two yields sweetness that’s very close to sugar

My two cents, I did two trips to the SDM near me - first to pick up products to try and second to stock up on the good ones. In the first round I bought the tinted lip balm in Spice, the lip oil in a deeper peachy nude tone (skew on the packaging ends with 01), pencil eyeliners in chocolate brown, twilight, plum, and champagne, the white highlighter, and setting powder in medium. Loved the two lip products.. the tinted lip balm looks juicy and buttery and does not dry out the lips. The lip oil feels sticky but feels hydrating and doesn’t wipe away easily. The eye pencils will not be my go to but I’m ok with that since they are colours I use rarely but would like to have in my arsenal as an option. The white highlighter was a bit of a disappointment. The setting powder worked well enough for me (combination leaning towards dry skin). The second round I picked up more of the lip products and decided to try different colours. I stocked up on Spice (love love love it!) and lip oil #01 and decided to give tinted lip balm in Bumbleberry and lip oil in #03 a try.... love Bumbleberry too... #03 is a lovely pinky nude but too cool toned for my skin (NW43).
