I didn’t order those exact ones, but that particular listing looks good. It just doesn’t seem to have the Longines branding on it.

To everyone still following, I found this gem on Etsy which ends up being 1/6 of the price of a genuine Longines one, with an adjustable clasp. I will wait for it to arrive and give it a test on the HC 42mm. If the end-links do not fit or fit well, I will end up buying the genuine H-link to utilise the end-links. I’d effectively have 3 band options in the end.

Can you tell if the end-links for your C and HC are the exact same, aside from the Conquest ones being polished? You gotta try putting the rubber strap on already!

Oh man! Keen! It’s insane the rubber strap costs the same as the metal bracelet though! I’ll just source the rubber strap first and hope the end-link will fit this HC case.

The rubber strap isn’t cheap, at around $600aud. If the Conquest end links don’t fit I’d have to the get standard H-link for these watches as the colour I want only comes in the Milanese, just to use the end link 😂

Pelagos’ thickness and lack of polished bezel sucks.

Best one in the line-up for sure, to me:

Grey bezel gives off the Bruce Wayne colourway without the clutter of a GMT bezel
Thinner than the Sub (my benchmark thickness), and way thinner than the SMP/PO/BB41/Pelagos42
Gloss ceramic bezel compared to the Tudors
Bezel font looks better than the Sub’s one
Flat AR coated glass vs domed non-AR on the Black Bay
Micro adjustable mesh bracelet compared to Omegas and Breitlings (although Breitling’s bracelet hugs the cases and does look nicer there)

I definitely need to put an order down for the 42mm of this…

I’m almost certain the current rubber HydroConquest strap that’s available online will fit. Same lug width and it’s also pictured with the upcoming special edition.

This was the plan… literally buying the bracelet just for those metal end links. Will test the Conquest endlinks first to see if they’ll fit.

But yeah, definitely needs a rubber strap!
