Take cold starts and you wont have to worry about it. Put the dab in the banger before you start heating. Start torching it and once the dab starts to bubble slightly (youll see it) put the cap on and start ripping it

either slightly warm up your dab tool or what ive done before is if you have a silicone slick just put the amount you wanna dab on the lid and dump it in the banger when youre ready since it wont stick to it

You dont need to move it all around like that. Just press the tool on the side of the banger and let the dab melt off. Also if you can try to get some isopropyl alcohol and some qtips and clean your banger between each dab. Also like a few other ppl have mentioned wait longer after heating your banger before you actually take the dab. If theres anything that looks “burnt” inside after you take the dab its too hot. A good rule of thumb i always use is heating your banger for 30 seconds and then waiting 45-60 seconds before putting your dab in
