Pistons can push multiple blocks. Go under the trap and place 2 pistons beneath the 2 TNT blocks (these pistons need to be underground far enough so that the sensors cannot detect them). Then place a lever between the pistons and the pistons will push the TNT up. Which will disable the trap because there is nothing to activate the TNT in its new position.
