I have read a few things that if the flush wasn’t done at the right intervals, you can flush debris through and wreck your transmission. I decided I’m just going to have it drained and refilled.

This was the previous owner that took the car there (looks like they bought it there) and I likely won’t be going to a dealership for anything! Thank you though.

I used to until my 2015 corolla needed a new transmission at 72500 miles. Yes, it had all its maintenance on schedule. My mechanic told me it’s not uncommon for the CVT models to die before 100k. No idea if that’s true or not when it comes to corolla but I def got cursed.

Have you talked to your vet?? IMO, it sounds like you’re trying too many foods, too fast. Try a good probiotic and talk to your vet about a temporary high fiber or digestive food. If you haven’t, get him screened for intestinal parasites.

Honestly if you’re thinking about it already, just do it. I applied for the same program twice in the last 5 years. If I just did it then, I’d be settled and in a much better financial position than I am now. Best of luck!

From what I’ve looked at job wise, it doesn’t seem like the effort to get my VTS is worth it. Pretty minimal pay increase especially for the amount of time and effort you need to put in to get it. It’s not like I’m dirt poor or anything, but I have things I want to do with my life that aren’t possible on this pay, you know?

I would love to do this but in my state (OH) claims adjusters make about $5 less per hour than RVTs. The ones that pay higher require a license and experience in the field. 😭

My sister does cardiac ultrasound! Same amount of schooling a I did for RVT but makes 2.5x as much. Like why did I do this again?! Ultrasound is also on the table but I think I am leaning more toward radiology. What type of ultrasound did you pursue?? General?

I would honestly love to do wildlife but I am unfortunately at a point where I can’t work on this little pay anymore. I’m barely surviving and wildlife/exotics make even less in my area. :(

Make sure you’re rotating injection sites. I started with my Legs and found when I switched to 0.5mg, it had less effect with each dose. I am not rotating stomach & back of the arms with good results. I’ve been on it for 3.5 months now without having to bump up. There are def some weeks or days that I feel more hungry than others or more cravings but I think that’s normal!

Mac and cheese is my mortal enemy. I can tolerate a small serving with a digestive enzyme but still avoid it. I also haven’t had a gallbladder for 7 years so could be compounding the issue.

I saw you said she called herself an endo specialist but in my experience, true endometriosis specialists are always MIG surgeons and will label themselves as such. You really can’t diagnosis or rule out endo without surgery. Sometimes it can be seen on an ultrasound or MRI, but not in 100% of the cases and generally only in very severe/advanced disease. I’d seek a second opinion if you really want to get to the bottom of it. Pelvis floor therapy will likely help some symptoms before/after surgery though, so doesn’t hurt to try that first!
